Chigeme A. Asinobi
Chigeme Asinobi is a Lawyer, management professional, and career development advocate passionate about helping young professionals build relevant skills, navigate career opportunities, and thrive in an evolving world of work. She is the Director at Climba Advisory, a full-service career and human capital development firm dedicated to supporting early career professionals and young individuals through career advisory, training, mentorship, and early-career development initiatives. Through Climba, she works to create practical opportunities that help young professionals make informed career decisions and build the skills needed to remain competitive. She is also the convener of the Early Career Summit (ECS), an annual summit designed to connect young professionals with ideas, opportunities, and conversations shaping the future of work.
Yomi Solanke
A Chartered Accountant with over six years in financial services, having worked with leading global firms including KPMG and PwC. He leads audit engagements for major financial institutions and multinational corporations, and was the first in his family to earn a university degree, graduating top of his department and faculty on an academic scholarship. Beyond his career, he serves on the board of a charity supporting people affected by the war in Ukraine and mentors students into university.
Amarachi Olaseinde
Amarachi Amy Olaseinde is a seasoned HR professional with a decade of corporate experience spanning Consulting, Oil & Gas, Retail, Real Estate, and Construction. She is known for creating people strategies that drive measurable business outcomes through smarter hiring and retention approaches. As Founder and Lead HR Consultant at Good Work Consulting Ltd, she partners with businesses to address critical hiring and workforce challenges while building high-performing teams. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Covenant University, along with certifications including SPHRi.
Tamunotonye Steve
A globally certified People and Business Operations leader with SPHRi and GPHRi certifications, bringing nearly a decade of progressive HR leadership across fintech and global technology environments. She currently serves as Head of People & Culture at HabariPay Ltd (a subsidiary of GTCO), partnering with executive leadership to align people strategy with business performance. She is recognized for transforming traditional performance management into agile, data-driven frameworks that enable high-performing remote and hybrid teams.
Sharon Juwah
A multi-disciplinary legal, operations, and artificial intelligence professional dedicated to bridging the gap between emerging technology and future-ready careers. She holds an MBA specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Automation, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), with certifications spanning corporate governance, project management, and fraud auditing. In her admissions role she focuses on talent acquisition, employability, and equipping young professionals with the practical skills to thrive in an increasingly automated workforce.
Ben Chiriboga
A lawyer, founder, and legal technology executive. Over the last 18 years, Ben has worked at the intersection of tech, law, and talent. Today he's building reframe.lawyer as the talent platform to power legal AI.
Emem Attah
A natural communicator with a background in law and over 8 years in television, Emem brings depth to her roles as MC, moderator, presenter, and producer. Known for engaging audiences across industries, from marketing to media and law to finance, she has hosted for leading brands including Lagos Business School, LSDPC, NIMN, and Lagos State Sports Commission, with work spanning collaborations with Africa Magic and The Voice Nigeria.
